Having lived, worked and traveled across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East, this is my space to share stories, tips and inspiration with you! My areas of expertise include solo travel, stylish travel, flashpacking and travel in the Middle East and Africa.

I love to be inspired by other peoples travel experiences and hope you’ll find some inspiration here! I also love keeping fit and regularly blog about yoga, physical fitness and mental wellbeing.

Over the last 5 years, I’ve lived in Oman, London and East Africa as well as spending extended periods of time travelling South East Asia. I’m currently a Masters student at the University of Glasgow, studying Global Security. I continue to travel as much as possible and do yoga every damn day.
